1. Acceptance of Protocol
By accessing the Mibenejx platform at mibenejx.com, you enter into a binding agreement to adhere to these terms. Our software-as-a-service environment provides predictive modeling and data processing capabilities designed for operational efficiency. Access is granted solely for professional enterprise use and internal business optimization.
You agree that your interaction with our API and dashboard signifies your consent to these rules. If you represent an organization, you confirm you possess the requisite authority to bind said entity to these constraints.
2. Intelligence Guardrails
Mibenejx provides foresight through algorithmic processing. However, the accuracy of our analytics is dependent on the quality of data ingested. Users are prohibited from using the platform to:
- Reverse-engineer proprietary predictive models or neural weight configurations.
- Automate data scraping beyond the permitted scope of our public-facing documentation.
3. Data Stewardship &
Intellectual Property

4. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes arising from the use of Mibenejx shall be handled through the competent courts in Bandung.

Enterprise Customization
Specific Master Service Agreements (MSA) executed between Mibenejx and its enterprise clients may override clauses within these general terms. In such instances, the signed MSA takes precedence regarding service level agreements and data handling specificities.
